Individual booths with different colored lighting options are available for product testing.
Focus Group Room
With video recording equipment that enables real time remote observation, the room accommodates up to eight participants for on-site qualitative research.
Commercial Kitchen
This industrial sized kitchen is available for studies requiring more complex product preparation.
Commercial equipment is available to use at no extra charge. Space and electrical capacity to rent special equipment as needed. Large walk-in freezers and refrigerators are available for product storage.
Demonstration Kitchen
Comfortable seating for up to 30 to observe cooking demonstrations or product preparation techniques.
Preparation Kitchen
For studies requiring little product preparation, this space has an electric range, refrigerator, and microwave along with more ample space for final sample preparation before serving.
Animal Product Testing
Designed for animal testing, the open room with water and drainage is attached to a viewing room where clients can monitor animals' response to products.
